Douglas Heel’s Be Activated Method And Reflexive Performance Reset (RPR)
It’s hard to explain activation and RPR. I don’t want to over-sell it. Usually I just suggest people get on my table and see for themselves. Most people experience immediate improvements in flexibility, range of motion, strength, and speed, among other changes. It’s kind of magic. Activation and RPR are not “treatments” for injuries. They are not intended to “treat”, “fix”, “manipulate” or otherwise replace medical advice and/or treatment.
I do a 30 minute introduction to RPR as part of my second session with new personal training clients. Independent of personal training sessions, introductory RPR sessions are $60 for 30 minutes.
Regular sessions are $100 for 60 minutes, and $125 for 90 minutes. I really encourage clients to schedule 90 minutes because that allows enough time to address the whole body in a single session.
